NoBrandCon offers several different ways for attendees to participate in the con and we're always looking for new ones! So whenever you get some crazy idea, tell us about it and we will run it past our panel of monkeys in comical outfits.
Here are just a few ways you can make NBC the best con ever and enjoy yourself in the process:

Anime Trivia Contest
Participate in the second-ever Anime Trivia contest, now with a new format! Flex your general knowledge of Anime, Manga, and other related trivia with your friends! Practice hard at home and form your team. Sign up at the door to enter the contest and win fabulous prizes!
Are you a busy artist and you've run out of room to put your brilliant creations? Submit your art to the No Brand Con Silent Art Auction where attendees can bid on them all weekend long! Silent bidding ends on Sunday. Your Art Contest submissions can also be auctioned!
Who says an artist has to suffer for their art? Submit a piece today! Attendees can vote on submissions until the contest and auction ending time on Sunday. Be sure to show up then to see if you've won and pick up your prizes! Pieces may also be submitted to the Art Auction!
Dress up as your favorite character and strut your stuff in style! It's fun for you and your audience! Demonstrate how your costume is the best and win great prizes! You can also enter with your friends as a group.
These are panels planned and run by you, the attendees! Topics of interest varying from Anime to Manga to Science Fiction / Fantasy are welcome. You have an hour to wax philosophical about Star Trek's deeper social implications, or perhaps just show off your latest fandub creation. Entries will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis, so get your fan panel ideas ready!
Do you have a talent and love performing it on stage? Or do you just like perfoming on stage for any reason? The Vareity Show is open to skits, songs, dances, dogs, and weddings. Perform one of your choice and be the admiration of your fellow con-goers! Note: Actual admiration not guaranteed.
Sunday Brunch
Good news No Brand Heroes, we have a new event for you this year: A Sunday buffet with the guests!
The Ramada Hotel has a Sunday buffet open to the public every Sunday so we figured why not make this into an event everyone can enjoy? We will invite the guests to attend the buffet so you all can have an opportunity to chat with them that you might not otherwise get at a panel. We can’t guarantee that all the guests will attend or that they will stay the entire duration, but food will be available from 10am-2pm.
The Hotel has offered to serve the buffet in a separate room as to not disturb the public and as such there is a limited capacity and attendance cap for this event and will therefore require preregistration! Tickets cost $18 and can be purchased during pre-registration, or mailed in separately to our mailing address. There will be last minute sign-up available at the registration desk during the con but tickets must be purchased by 5 PM on Friday April 20th!

If you want to show off your artistic skills and razor-sharp wit, submit your comics or comic strips to No Brand Comic. You will win permanent bragging rights at both the con and the forums and are encouraged to exercise them.
Omake Activities
"When the sun goes down, the real Funn begins". This is the motto of Otaku Anonymous After Hours, the traveling No Brand room party that you can attend at conventions across the Midwest. No Brand Con weekend is your chance to show us how it's done! Plan a swank room party for Friday and/or Saturday nights, and let us know about it! No Brand staffers (and any willing Guests of Honor) will come around and rate your activities. Start planning your parties today!
