Granted I've only seen the live action movie, but none of the characters really struck me as potential cosplays that would stand out in a crowd. Even having seen the movie, I don't think I'd really note a particular costume as being of Death Note. I don't know if this will dampen cosplay attempts or not. _________________ Currently Reading 5 February

I donno, I was trying out the costume n my dorm today, and I got pegged right away as cosplaying Misa.

I suppose...to me they are people wearing relatively normal clothes. Though at a convention such clothing would stand out in its own way! With Misa, her Japanese fashion style would help lend "cosplay" to the outfit, vis L's (the detective, right?) jeans and shirt that many of us wear cleaning house. _________________ Currently Reading 5 February

Aaaaaah! Doesn't that drive you nuts??? I dunno, I guess most people choose L because all they need to do is get a white shirt and jeans which almost everyone already has. Now I'm not saying it's bad to buy peices of outfits and accessories and put them together, I'm just saying I've read and heard about many people just going as L as a last-ditch because just about anyone can pull together the "costume." Jeeze though, I saw a girl at Anime Iowa who looked like the actor from the live-action! o_0 Now if you can do THAT... _________________ Don't feed the children, eat the children!

thats why I liked acen I went to a death note photo shoot as raye penber the FBI agent Light kills. there were like at lest 6 of every character at the shoot but I was the only raye _________________ (\__/)
