As in previous years, we are dedicated to keeping registration prices as low as possible. Preregistration has many benefits, including a discounted price on both admission and the official convention T-shirt. Mail-in sponsorship information will be posted online soon, so feel free to check back!

Check or money order is the preferred payment method for mail-in registration forms. Cash payments will also be accepted, but we do not recommend this as a form of payment. Anyone who mails cash for payment will do so at their own risk as the convention is not responsible for lost or missing cash payments in the mail. Payments must be post-marked by the listed cut-off dates on the mail-in form in order to qualify and receive that rate for registration.

Confirmation letters are mailed out after preregistration closes. (groups will receive one letter for each member) You can expect to receive one within a couple weeks before the start of the convention. You must bring this letter with you to the registration desk as proof of registration and to expedite the sign-in process. If you do not have your confirmation letter, a valid picture I.D. (e.g. Driver’s License) must be presented. A copy of your paypal receipt is helpful too, but not required.

Children 12 and Under

Children ages 12 and under must be registered at the door and must be accompanied by a supervising adult at all times. There will be no exceptions to this rule. If a child is found without supervision, the supervising adult will be ejected from the convention.

No Brand Con is an event geared towards teens and adults. Events are often not appropriate or very interesting for small children. Free child registration is offered only as a courtesy to attendees who may have to bring along small children. Anyone over 12 need only be supervised at the parent’s discretion (and sometimes those 25 year olds can be a real handful!)

Volunteer Information

Looking for a way to make your time at No Brand Con even more amazing? How about if you were to get in for free? No Brand Con is always looking for volunteers to help staff parts of our convention, and one of the perks to doing so is that you gain free admission to attend the convention if you work 10 hours or more! We’ll be posting our Volunteer sign-up form soon, so if you have any question in the mean-time, feel free to email our Workforce committee at at workforce@nobrandcon.com. You can also check out the 2011 Volunteer Manual in the No Brand Chat section of our forums as well since the rules will basically be the same for the 2012 convention.

There are also normally two Volunteer meetings before the start of every con. One on the Thursday night before the start of the convention, and another on the Friday morning before the start of the convention. We strongly encourage all potential volunteers to attend at least one of these meetings as so they’ll better understand the layout of the con and what will be specifically required of them when volunteering at the convention.

Refund Information

Request for withdrawal of a completed registration must be made BEFORE April 6, 2012. After that date, no requests can be made to refund or cancel payment. We’re sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. Attendees may still register at the door. Vendors may also register at the door, but we cannot guarantee that space will be available in the vendor room. If you have any questions regarding this policy, please contact us.

Additional Terms

By Registering For No Brand Con you are agreeing to abide by the rules and policies set forth by No Brand Con Inc. while in the convention space. No Brand Con Inc. reserves the right to refuse service to any person not following convention policy.

We didn’t want to write that last bit of text because we all know people who come to No Brand Con are cool and awesome people, but that’s life sometimes.

No Brand Con Inc. also reserves the right to photograph and/or video tape you for it’s own use while you are in the convention space, and reserves the right to use that image in official convention materials.
